
Iman Haddad is a real estate development and investment executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning civil engineering, construction, development, acquisitions, and asset management. Through CityView Ventures, LLC, he advises investors, developers, and landowners on real estate strategy, development execution, project underwriting, entitlements, construction management, and investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
Mr. Haddad currently serves as Head of Development at ALTO Real Estate Funds, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, development, and execution of industrial real estate investments throughout Texas. He is responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, capital budgeting, financing, leasing strategy, construction, and asset stabilization. During his tenure, he has helped expand ALTO's Texas industrial portfolio to more than 2 million square feet of Class A logistics facilities with a portfolio value exceeding $400 million.
Prior to ALTO, Mr. Haddad held development leadership roles on large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and urban redevelopment projects throughout the United States. He was responsible for the development and construction of the historic Butler Brothers Building redevelopment in Downtown Dallas, a $90 million adaptive reuse project consisting of 238 luxury apartments, a 274-room dual-branded Marriott hotel, ground-floor retail, and structured parking within a 650,000-square-foot landmark property. He also managed pre-development and entitlement activities for Tower 27 West, a $140 million, 24-story mixed-use residential tower in Downtown San Jose, California.
Mr. Haddad began his career in civil engineering, where he designed and managed infrastructure, transportation, and land development projects throughout Texas. His experience includes work on nationally recognized projects such as AT&T Stadium, the Interstate 30 Three Bridges Project, the South Main Street revitalization initiative in Fort Worth, and the 7,200-acre Walsh Ranch master-planned community.
Throughout his career, Mr. Haddad has participated in the planning, development, construction, and management of projects representing more than $1 billion in total value across industrial, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, retail, office, and infrastructure sectors. His unique combination of engineering, development, construction, and investment experience provides clients and partners with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle from concept through stabilization and disposition.
Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He is a licensed Texas real estate professional and an active member of the North Texas commercial real estate community.
